Responsibilities
• Understand the application functionality from an end-
user’s perspective.
• Create and test customization using Dynamics
Development Tools and Programing Languages.
• Ability to write technical specifications
• Could potentially work on multiple development projects
at one time
• Supervise, Mentor, and Support all intermediate and junior
level staff assigned as members of project team.
Requirements
• Appropriate technical experience in a software
development environment
• Appropriate programming experience / Knowledge in for
an ERP software package
• Excellent organizational, decision making, human relations
and communications skills
• Strong Development Skills in at least one of the following:
o Morphx and X++
o .Net
o C++
o Or Proprietary ERP software language
• Platforms & Operating systems experience a plus
• Database experience a plus
o Oracle
o MS-SQL Server
• Additional Skills a Plus
o SharePoint Development
o SQL Server Report Writer
o OLAP Cube Development
• Project Management for technical work experience a Plus
• Bachelor's degree
