Job Description:
•Provide input to the Divisional Business Plan and strategy in relation to managing the MTN Masterbrand •Ensure development of and adherence to Service Level Agreements between Master Brand unit and internal customers
•Develop, execute and manage all Master Brand advertising
•Source, secure and manage the leveraging of value adding sponsorship properties
•Supervise the management of all other departments’ marketing communication initiatives

•Manage all advertising, Sponsorship and Events agencies and other sundry marketing communication services suppliers to the marketing department
•Supervise the management of the digital media
•Manage the global brand CI for compliance Job Conditions: Open plan office Normal MTN working conditions Reporting To: GM, Consumer Marketing  

Required Skills:
•A good first degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
•Masters in Business Administration will be an advantage
•12 years work experience which includes:
•Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
•8 years proven experience in developing and executing Marketing plans
•5 years expertise in Marketing communication materials production
•Proven expertise in sponsorship and events leveraging
